Marina Port Premià joins the campaign promoting selective waste collection on board recreational boats

Marina Port Premià is pleased to announce that it has joined the campaign promoting selective waste collection on board recreational boats, an initiative led by the Catalan Association of Marinas and Tourist Ports (ACPET) as part of the ECOnàutic project.

The campaign aims to encourage more sustainable boating by raising awareness among marina users about the importance of properly separating waste generated on board, helping to protect the marine environment.

As part of the initiative, marina users will receive recycling bags to make waste separation easier and to encourage environmentally responsible practices, such as disposing of waste in the appropriate recycling containers, reducing single-use plastics, preventing any waste from entering the sea, using water and electricity responsibly, and respecting marine wildlife and habitats.
